RETURN POLICY:
www.mullaiproducts.in. follows the below mentioned general returns policy which is applicable to all items sold through our website.

1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable terms and accomplishes the following conditions:
a) if the product is delivered in a physically damaged condition or
b) if it is different from the ordered product/item.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packing as delivered to you.

3. If package is opened or used, then the products are not applicable for return.

4. Return of products should be made within 7 days of dispatch.

5. Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.

6. Customer should return products to the store in their own risk; no charges will be paid by mullai products ltd. Only the product value will be refunded.

7. While returning to store if there are any physical damage in the product, then the product is not eligible for refund.

8. Once the returned products reaches the store with the above mentioned conditions amount will be refunded with in maximum of 2 Weeks.
